Our Values

At the heart of our culture is a set of values that bring out the best in our people. These values help us work together and bind us closer as an organisation.

Trustworthiness. Trust is the foundation of relationship. Without trust there is nothing. Our partners and employees should enjoy the trust and confidence of their other partners.

Integrity and ethics. Partners and employees should always be seeking to do the “right thing” and uphold the highest professional standards.

Communication. Partners and employees ought to be clear, candid and courteous and to seek the facts to provide insight and understanding.

Team players. Our partners and employees are highly motivated to focus on their own businesses, but they should show willingness to help others to build their business and to help manage and grow the network.

Collaborative. Working in a collaborative cooperative team orientated manner.

Mentoring. Partners have an important mentoring responsibility. Partners play a crucial role in instilling a sense of belonging and confidence in employees and in new Dow Schofield Watts partners.

Comfortable with change. Our partners and employees will ordinarily have a healthy attitude to their own practice development.

Community. Partners and employees should seek to act responsibly in their representation and promotion of the firm in our various communities.
