Who are we looking for?
We are looking for ambitious Directors and Assistant Directors, particularly those who specialise in corporate finance, financial due diligence, company recovery, and tax advising, but we are open to hearing from teams who specialise in other complimentary service lines.

How does it work?
After paying a 22% licence fee, you control 78% of your fee earned under our arrangement. This means that you’ll receive a considerably larger share of the fees you bill.
You will receive a variety of support services in exchange for your licence fee, allowing you to focus on acquiring work, executing engagements, and negotiating plus collecting fees. Our support services include working capital funding, compliance, marketing, mentorship, administration, and information technology. Find out more.
