Here at Dow Schofield Watts we are looking to expand our geographical presence and service lines across the UK.
We aim to scale our agile model through organic growth, geographical expansion, additional service lines and investing in “Break Outs” (existing teams in larger firms). We are targeting Directors and Assistant Directors who want to keep doing what they do best, but with complete autonomy, freedom, unrivalled flexibility and greater rewards. Service lines should be high margin, complementary, and niche with a strong synergistic fit to the existing DSW Network. This increased scale will benefit DSW’s existing network by allowing them to leverage a wider group of professionals and clients driving further cross-selling opportunities.
