How it works

With bespoke support from day one, you will embark on a structured career path, starting as a salaried Director before moving to Partner and running your own business within 2 – 3 years.

As a Partner, you own 78% of your fee income, meaning you earn a much more significant percentage of the fees you bill. Your 22% license fee provides all back office support services including compliance, marketing, admin and IT. Leaving you to focus on winning work.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial advisory specialists who are technically excellent and have experience of completing on a range of transactions. You will have leadership experience, be able to build strong client relationships, and aspire to grow your own business.
